Hello, Tony. If I'm understand what you want correctly, it cannot be changed. The display of the digits when you want to type a number cannot be altered. But to be sure I've understood correctly, tell us whether you're using an iPhone or an iPad and exactly what you want to do, i.e., type a number on the keypad in the Phone app, for instance.
