I am not sure how to answer your question. I imagine it difficult to work. This device is too tiny and its antenna may not pick up the signals inside a suitcase. Also if you are looking for your item, you may not be able to hear the sound if it is hidden inside a suitcase or backpack. Follow me on X @ibnalbalad
