I think that your carrier has a record of every call, might try calling the 611 number.

Each voicemail will have a More Info option. Tap on that. You should then see an option to create a new contact further down the screen. Tap that and you should then see the New Contacts screen with the usual fields for first name, last name, et cetera et cetera. . Fill in as appropriate, then tap the Done button when you’re finished. Problem solved. Also, is there an incoming call log somewhere on the phone and if so, how would I access it? There is no Incoming Calls list per se, only a Recents tab, which includes all Recent calls and and Missed calls. Hope that helps.
