Hi Kenny, Alan helped me by answering some of my questions, so I will try to answer some of yours. You can sign up for Walmart Plus at any time.  In fact, I just signed up myself.  Just keep in mind that your membership will renew 1 year from that date, so make sure you mark it on your calendar. Second, when you go through the checkout process, you are able to give any type of delivery instructions you want.  You also choose what door you want them to leave it, and you can choose the amount of tip you want to give.  And these choices are saved automatically, so you do not have to make them every time. You do not have to answer the door, and you do not even have to be home, but I would recommend being home.  Any frozen or cold things would not be good left out.  Plus, depending on where you live, but you would not want your items going missing if you are not home. As far as the other benefits, I am not totally sure since I am still learning about it myself. Hope this is helpful!
