I use the app on my iPhone. It’s kind of funky, but it is accessible at least for what I want to do. I can set a hold or get rid of one. I can adjust the temperature that I want it to heat or cool too. I can see what the current temperature is on the thermostat and the humidity. The only thing I use Alexa for with the ecobee product is to check the thermostat temperature, because it’s easier to just ask than it is to actually open the app and look. But for everything else I use the app. In fact I can’t get Alexa to do anything else other than check the temperature that is currently showing on the thermostat. So I like the app better.
