Just wipe it off with a slightly damp cloth, nothing to it. Just don't use sandpaper or a cloth that's still dripping *smile*. You can of course use anything that is specifically made to clean touch screens or LCD screens, usually these products consist of a spray-on cleaning solution that somehow doesn't run or drip and a micro fibre cloth.
