Voice Memos should be there. Two ways she could double check: 1. Ask Siri to open Voice Memos. 2. Bring up spotlight search by swiping down in the middle of the home screen and typing voice Memos.  Or, if it just isn't there, try searching the app store.  Richard, USA "INTROVERTS UNITE ...
