CerePlay is an app which allows you to buy various text to speech voices. The reviews are mixed leaning towards the negative and I won't even give it a second thought because I am very happy with the selection of voices I have in iOS, between Eloquence, the Siri voices and the other ones offered I have no problems finding one I like.
