I just got off the phone with Walmart Customer Care. I’ve spoken to them twice. The first time they charged my card 40 bucks and then I called back cause I was placed in the order so then I called back again and they made my order be $24 for all the shit I’ve had to go through. I’m sorry I can’t help it. A person can only take so much, of course I didn’t talk like that to the people on the phone so you know. But they could tell by my voice I had emphasis in my voice to show that I wasn’t playing games. I’m very serious. I know being a christian I’m not supposed to talk like that, but it’s stubborn and I was advocating for everybody not only the blind but for visual people and for stay at home moms so I was advocating for everyone. And that it’s important for the website to be accessable user-friendly and the app. I also told the second person I talked to maybe even the first one I can’t remember, that I talked to Walmart three times on Friday and then I told them how I was on the phone with Apple for three hours on Friday Apple couldn’t file a complaint since Walmart is a third-party app. You know couldn’t file a complaint to the developers of the Walmart app. And I posted on the iPhone group that Mark Taylor is the moderator of and told lots of people to call Walmart Customer Care to file complaints as well.
