I have a shortcut that starts a voice chat with Chat GPT, so I made a voice shortcut that will automatically start it without having to use Siri. I made some for volume up and down.  That way I can just say volume up or volume down, without having to use Siri, and it will do it. There is many things that can be done, especially when ususing shortcuts.  It is basically a way of doing something without having to invoke Siri first. Hope this helps.
