I only know of 2 things to try:
1, If its not to long, then you can try a double tap and hold on the text.
This will bring up the relabel edit box. But if every thing comes up in the
edit box, then just do a select all in the edit box and copy it to the
clipboard. Then just paste it where you want it.
2, Use the gesture to copy the last thing that voiceover said. I am not
positive, but I think this is a 3 finger quadruple tap.
