Probably because you have Hey Siri turned on which means the microphone is always slistening for the Hey Siri or "Siri" command. If that is the reason then I wouldn't worry about it, for me having Hey Siri available definitely outweighs loosing 5 minutes of battery life especially with an iPhone 16 Pro which has such excellent battery life.
