For me, going from my 13 pro to a 16 pro, I would say the overall time was at least a couple of hours. And some music didn't show up for longer than that, and some never did. I had 14,500 songs on my 13 pro and have 13,669 on the 16 pro. I'm not overly worried about the missing songs. I did an iCloud restore.
