I have used the PayPal website for years and recently added the app to my iPhone 8. I have used PayPal mostly for online shopping and making contributions. My sighted sister insists that PayPal has a "friends and family" feature in addition to the "goods and services" feature I have always used. I so looked on my phone and on my laptop that runs Windows Ten, and I find no such thing. Can anyone shed light on this? Thanks for any help.
