You set Reminder Sound in Sounds and Haptics,. I get one nightly reminder for my husband's medical care. I have to keep marking the things complete though. Years back, when I got a weekly one for a medication he took, I never marked anything. Could be that I needed to, just didn't know.
One time, we walked into a department store, when they opened at 9 A.M. on a Wednesday, when my phone proudly announced to the world, Wednesday, Methotrexate time! I keep my phone on Bluetooth to my hearing aids, so no one hears my phone. I am so thankful for that.
