All of the Blind community as I said is very frustrated me being one of them as I told you earlier. I’ve been took the app off my phone re-downloaded it twice. Turned off my phone. Then, when my friend told me yesterday there was another update still the same thing even after turning off my phone turning it back on. Yesterday one of my neighbors also was trying to help me and the same thing occurred for her as well. And I’ve even told the CS people that this is very very wrong that we like our independence and it’s very important for us to have our independence just the same as visual people.
