It's good to know that it can take that long for those emails to come through. I'm used to getting those emails pretty much immediately. I finally figured out that I never got the email with instructions because I used the sign-in with Apple option when I created the account; however, I couldn't find that option the first couple of times I tried logging into Shipt and forgot that that's what I had done in the first place. I'm relieved that the issue was that simple and glad that signing in with Apple is available for Shipt; I just wish that button were easier to locate when signing into the app on a new device.
