Hi Mario, I had the same issue last night. I contacted Apple iOS support and found there is a bug when adding to the doc that has been there since iOS18 betas. You go to edit mode, after finding the app, then double tap and hold with your finger near the top of the screen, then you have to drag the item with your finger to where you want it. This is the old way you used to drag apps around. This is documented with Apple as a bug.

I was editing my home screen and accidentally managed to drag one of my apps out of the doc and drop it somewhere else on the screen. Once I realised what had happened I tried to drag and drop the app back into the doc, but no matter what I try it won’t let me.
