hey, if I were you, I would call Apple Accessibility. I'm pretty sure you can wipe it clean and then use your other phone to set it up, but just to be on the safe side I would call Apple Accessibility. As my ex would tell you if you were to ask her, I have been wrong before. Sent from my iPhone
