i just checkedon my 16 pro. When you select numbers while writing a text message, the question mark is the third one from the left, perion, comma, then question mark. On my iPad mini 6, Ih to select numbers, then sybols, and thequestion mark is on the rightend of what I think of zthe second line of symbols.
