I don’t have one yet, but there is the possibility I might need an insulin 
pump.  
I have no clear idea what I am getting into with that, but I thought some of 
you might know. 
My doctor is suggesting something like the Omni Pod, but I will have to wait 
for the endocrinologist to decide if this is what I need and if this is the 
correct recommendation.  
First, I am unsure of how the pump would work. Second, controlling it with the 
iPhone and VoiceOver is he other challenge. Perhaps some other model or brand 
may work better than what has been suggested, and this audience might know if 
that is the case. 
This is all in the realm of known known, known unknowns, and unknown unknowns 
for me. It is a concern as I am reaching he limit of what my four diabetes meds 
can do.
