I dropped Amazon Music because the user interface changed and it was no longer intuitive. I think it's best if you switch to Spotify unless you're dead set on Amazon Music.
To answer your question, on the list where there are different songs, you can tap on more for the given song and it will give you the option to add to playlistthere.
