I've posted these to the list several times, so I'm not sure if you've already tried these or not.
1. Triple tap on the time on your lock screen. 2. Double tap on customize at the button of the screen 3. Double tap on your current wall paper at the top of the screen. 4. At the bottom of the screen click on remove ... Mine currently says "remove open app", but you'rs might say something like "remove quick action." 5.
