It's been a while since I accepted somebody on my iPhone, so I went ahead and created a new Skype Id and then added the one I normally use as a contact. After that I started the Skype app (latest version which came out a few days ago) on my iPhone 4S running iOS 6.0.1. As soon as Skype came up I heard a tone and then right near the top and right after the search field Voiceover said something like "1 new contact request". I double tapped on it and saw the request from the new Skype Id I created. I double tapped on it and then there is a button at the top right which I think says "Titleover" or something like that. Sorry, forgot to get Voiceover to spell it out, but it's the button at the top right of the screen, if you double tap it you get a menu with a few choices, the first one is Add to Contacts", there is also "Block Contact" in that. I double tapped "Add to Contacts" and about 2 seconds later the status of my Contact on my PC where I was signed in to the new account changed from "has not yet shared details" to "online, on a mobile device".
