Yes, I’ve experienced the same thing. However unfortunately, I do not have any workaround. I suggest call Walmart Customer Care and people keep voicing and tell how we feel and I usually do as well. In fact I called yesterday. Thanks for reading regarding this matter. Jenny Bomareto
