Maria, if you subscribe to a music service, simply ask your software assistant to play "metronone bpm 106" or 106 bpm. I use apple music and it works exremely well. There are dozens of recorded metronomes, so, you'll need to explore to find one with a sound or tone quality that suits your needs.
