I got the shutter sound back. You have to get it to turn off live photo mode. It took a few tries. I have the camera settings to preserve settings so it remembers what I get it set. Now, my camera control button stopped opening camera after one press. No rhyme or reason. I had to setx to a double press. It worked with one after I updated to 18.1, but later today, it stopped working. Go figure.
