There is no way I know of to know if you are in there frame, but if VoiceOver is on, and you open the camera app, and find the button that says back facing camera and double tap to set it for the front facing and have the phone on the table and lean oer it, VoiceOuer should start telling you 1 face at the bottom edge, etc. and move around until it says one face centered and see if you can take the picture. Or, what would be even easier and probably better is to use Aira and ask someone to take a selfie of you. That should fall within their free phone call time limit. HTH,
