I’ve been using the native calendar app on my iPhone and iPad. It does everything you want it to do. As for a rolling 30-day period, if you set things up for your appointments to be viewed as a list, you can certainly accomplish this. You can also have all your calendars (Google, Yahoo, etc.) in this app, as adding them is easy. Hope this helps.
