You may want to write directly to [email protected] and also join the Voice Dream email list which they do read. I cannot think of something specific to suggest other than did you clear everything out of your app switcher, then reboot?
You may need to try reset network settings, which will mean you need to sign in again to your Wi-Fi and other things that you have to sign into on your network.
