AppStore/featured/ right to the end where it says - terms and conditions, above that should be your apple id, and above that is the redeem button. YOu type the number in there and click redeem. I was sure that itunes store and appstore were essentially one and the same. I took my card off and only use these now.
I hope this works this time, or you chase Apple and kick their butt if they stand still long enough. They don't ahve to make such a molehill out of this.
