Yes there is. You'd use the same gestures you'd use with VoiceOver, so for example, you would use dots 2, 3 and dots 4, 5 to change the roter settings to character, word or line and then use dot 3 and dot 6 (flicking up and down) to get to where you want to start selecting text. Again use the roter commands to get to text selection and then dot 3 and dot 6 to change the selection setting to character, word or line and then dot 1 and dot 4 (swiping left and right) to select the text. Now use the roter commands to get to edit and then flick up or down to get to cut or copy and use dots 3, 6 (double tap) to cut or copy the text. Move to the document and location where you want to paste the text and use the roter commands to get to edit and then paste.
