For music, it is the Apple Music app and I believe it is available on the Windows store for free, and it is essentially the music part of iTunes, so it should just grab everything. Personally, I use My Macintosh so I can’t comment directly on the Windows version. Brian Hartgen has written JAWS scripts for Apple Music which I believe are free.
