The native app is hot inaccessible garbage, but there's a third party app called Skeets that's got pretty good VO accessibility. Not as robust as say Mona with Mastodon or Spring with Twitter back in the day, but good enough to get around. The ideal scenario would be for the Mona/Spring developer to add Bluesky as an option, but easy for me to say since I have no clue how involved it would be to do so. In any event, it can't hurt to reach out to the Mona dev to ask for such access.
