Open settings, swipe down to the bottom to Apps & tap to open, swipe to Music & tap to open, swipe to Animated Art & confirm that it is selected Off. Donna Hi, I was playing around with the Music app and all of a sudden VoiceOver kept saying something like “a picture of a person wearing a red hat”. It would say that every time I moved from track to track on the album that I was checking out. VO also said that when I moved to the Back button. I’ve also had this happen on my home screens and the only way to get rid of that dude with the red hat was to restart the phone.  To my knowledge I don’t use any sort of wallpaper.  What causes this?
