Gordon, I am in Ireland, have been using the advanced AI features for a couple of months I think it is, and it's been great, however, since Saturday I two have not been able to access them. i've done all the usual workarounds, unpaired my glasses, closed all apps and then open them up again, all that kind of thing, I've set my region at US, and the VPN, which is bravado VPN, which worked perfectly before and is free, is set to the USA Los Angeles. but nothing, and I am not alone! on a blind uses of Rayban meta smart glasses, Facebook page, I see that many people in Ireland and the UK are experiencing the same. We we are all using our VPN, and we are all shut out of the advanced AI features. I do, however, feel sure that this will resolve itself, so don't regret your purchase, enjoy it for what it is, and if I already anyone else finds a solution, we will doubtless share it.
