In 2023, September, Spectrum updated its iPhone app and made accessibility very
difficult.
They made it almost unusable early in 2024.
I don't know if it is the result of a recent update or not, but I find that
there is a 'minimize video' item right on the main screen.
If you tap this button, the video is minimized and you see the channel listings
more clearly. You can then use the thre finger up/down swipe to move by groups
of thre and four cahnnels. It's still a bit clumsy, but it now more usable than
just a few weeks ago.
