Hi Everyone,

I ordered a Apple iPhone 16 pro 128 GB from Apple last Tuesday over the phone.
Now, when I placed my order over the phone, the Apple rep said my phone would 
be delivered the following Thursday, and I said that will be fine.
So because I had some errands to run on Thursday, but because I thought my 
phone would be delivered on Thursday, I ran the arrands I needed to run on 
Wednesday, well, when I was away from home on Wednesday, I got a text message 
saying Apple tried to deliver my product, and that is all it said.
I just assumed they would try and deliver it again on Thursday, so I stayed at 
home and waited and waited until 8 PM, no one rang my doorbell no one called me.
So I then called Apple's Sale Department, and I asked them about this delivery, 
they said the U S P delivery was at my house at 12:10, but no one rang my 
doorbell so I had no way of knowing the delivery was here.
So then,  the Apple Rep said they can deliver it tomorrow which would have been 
Friday.
I told the rep that wouldn't work for me as I have to many things I have to do 
away from home due to the holidays coming up.
So he asked me if I wanted to pick it up at the Apple store, and I told him no, 
I have to many errands to run, and I won't be around an Apple Store, so I told 
him to cancel the order.
He said they will refund my money as soon as they get the phone back from the U 
S P Delivery Department, and I said that is fine.
I knew I would be going to target's Store on Friday as I had a $90 gift card, 
and it was burning a hole in my purse, so I had to spend it!
Ok now, I went to the Target's Store on Friday, I felt the iPhone 16 Pro 128 
GB, as I did when I was there a couple weeks ago which was a fine size for my 
hands.
I told the sale's person I want to buy this Apple iPhone 16 pro 128 GB, well 
low in behold, I was then informed they don't sell them!
I asked him why would they have that phone on display if they don't sell them, 
and he  said he didn't really know.
Ok now, I was just shopping on Amazon again for the iPhone 16 Pro 128 as I was 
doing some days ago, and I can't seem to find any iPhone 16 Pro 128 bran new, 
all I see is renewed, and I do not want that.
So, I guess I will have to call Apple set up an appointment to go into the 
store and buy the phone.
I've never had such a difficult time buying a phone until now.
I am sick to death of searching through Amazon's   dumpster!
I get the same results from Best Buy as I do with Amazon, although Best Buy 
Calls it open box!
Just thought I would share my experience with you all!

It looks like shopping online they only sell refurbished, or now they call it 
renewed!
