There is no turn-by-turn instructions, only direction and distance to the
destination point but you can launch some other navigation application
from BS for pedestrian route calculation.

Blindsquare can tell both direction and distance to the venues. It can
also tell your current address and and nearby crossings. You can also
store your own locations and find them later.
BS has talking compass too.
