Hello,
I can’t find the App Library.
My Home Screen has 3 pages and the last one has a few of the apps I
installed.
The screen’s bottom line has the usual:
Phone, Safari, Messages, Music
Nowhere on the Home Screen is the App Store. I ask Siri to launch the
app store and it’s was opened.
Again I can’t find the library.
Can you instruct on exactly where to find it?

There is something called the “App Library” which has a listing of all
your apps. Ever since that was introduced, you have two options when
you delerte apps:
As soon as you tap “Delete” for an app, you get the following:
Remove “App Name”?
Removing from home screen will keep the app in the App Library.
Remove from Home Screen button
Delete App button
Cancel button
If you tap on “Remove from home screen” as the explanation says, the
app will be “removed” from your home screen, but it will remain in the
App Library.
Only if you tap on “Delete” will an app be deleted completely, but
even then you get another prompt warning you that deleting the app
will also remove all its data and you have to tap on “Delete” again to
confirm.
Now, I was going to give you instructions as to what exactly you have
to do to move an app out of the App Library, but I am running the iOS
18.3 Developer Beta 1 and when I go to my App Library and select an
app I deleted from my home screen, the only optionss I have once I
"start editing" are these:
Stop editing apps
Drag "App Name"
Activate, default
Delete
Maybe others who are running the public release of iOS 18.2 can let me
know if they have an option to "Move to Home Screen" or how else this
works. If I select to drag the app, I get a small triple tone, but I
at this point am still in the App Library and if I swipe up from the
bottom t get out of it then this also cancels my drag sesson. I even
tried to go to one o fmy folders in the App Library, but there is no
option to drop the app into the folder, either. Once somebody tells me
step by step how to move an app out of the App Library I can provide
feedback to Apple that this functionality is most likely broken in iOS
18.3 Developer Beta 1.

All you have to do to reinstall an app to the home screen is go to the
App Store find the app and re-download it. There really isn't a
deleted apps folder

Hello,
The first time I found an app in the App Store, I selected
either the word “get” or “install”.
I later deleted the app but now I want it back on the Home
Screen.
When I ask Siri
Search the app store for xx
The app is in the results list.
When I double tap it there is no word “get” or “install” only
“open”.
Selecting “open” brings me to a sign in screen.
How does one reinstall the app?
