I figured it out. I’m still not sure how I did it, but at least I undid it. Turns out if you do a double tap and hold on the person‘s name, you get a context menu. One of the things in there is to show Show alerts. Therefore, I assume that in the other case, it would say hi alerts, which would be the same as muting. Really not sure how I did that, but I obviously did it. Mary
