Hi, I have the iPhone 12 Mini with iOS 18.3. There is no Select or More button at the top of the window, only the name of the mailbox and the back button. Below there is the search field, the dictate button and then the messages.
It looks the same in different account setups, even with Apple’s own iCloud account.
