I’m experimenting as I don’t see an Outlook option in the list but there is an in-box, I will just keep trying.

Be sure that you see Outlook listed as a header and that Calendar is selected under that. This area allows you to toggle on and off various calendar options, so let’s double check that your Outlook calendar did not get unselected somehow.
