I have this issue with getting kicked into the app library all throughout the
iOS 18 beta cycle with my iPhone 13 Pro and it still continues to this date on
my iPhone 16 Pro except now it's pretty much a one-time thing when I restart my
phone. As soon as I enter my PIN after the restart I am in the app library,
once I get out it's fine, but at times throughout the beta cycle it was a real
pain oin the neck and happened quite often. Unfortunately it seems one of these
things which only a small number of people experience, but I'd try to establish
if there is a patter and email Apple Accessibility about it.

Subject: Something strange

Using the latest SE phone with latest IOS, I sometimes find myself in the app
library rather than my home screen.  I also hear that Siri won't open some apps
when asked to do so.  Hmm.

Faithfulness does not begin with large tasks- if it is not present in small
things, it does not exist at all.
