Hi everyone, My SE2 finally pushed me over the edge. I had to get rid of it for something else. Now, I almost wish I had it back. But in reality, I believe the 16E is going to be great. The only trouble is that I don't know how to use it. Is there any document or list of gestures and whatever you need to adapt to the changes. I have always had a home button. Help! How are you all learning? I don't know where to look.
It may clarify things for you if I explain that I bought mine at a Verizon store, and although they transferred everything they could from my old phone to the new one, they had no knowledge of accessibility features or how to use them. They were so new with this version (16E) that they first tried to insist the phone DID have a button. Then they discovered it did not. The rep helping me didn't know how to use any of the buttons on the sides of the phone. In all fairness, this was on Friday, and their shipment had just come in on Thursday. Why didn't I go to the Apple store? Because I live too far to get transportation. I just need some tips on setting it up better and using it without a button. Thank you for any help.
