Two questions I have about the 16 E. If there is an a mute switch then how do you turn your phone to silent or do you just use that button to do that? Secondly, I was also wanting to find out if anyone knows that has gotten the new phone. Does it let you put one phone beside the other when you were setting up your phones to copy the data when you are installing everything onto your new phone to set it up? Thanks, dana
