Same here. I had to go in and deselect several things that I never knew 
anything in the world about. I'll know in the future to see that only Voiceover 
is selected.

I find it too confusing to have both 'Hearing Devices' and VoiceOver using the 
Accessibility Shortcut, so I opt to have VoiceOver by itself using it.
