For reading the computer screen, or any other text, the cameras going back to the early iPhones that were only 5 megapixel camera did fine. The fancy cameras on the newer phones are for photography for sighted persons. The newer cameras will give better detail when photographing outdoor scenes, but reading computer screens won't make a^ky difference.
