Sorry, I did mean the app library. I have had this issue on my iPhone 13 Pro throughout the iOS 18 beta cycle and it unfortunately persisted when I got my 16 Pro. I am currently running the iOS 18.4 beta and it’s not happening as much as it once did, but as I said, whenever I unlock my phone after a reboot it still happens. It unfortunately is also one of these issues which affects not a lot of people, but I do know some others who run into this.
