Can you be more specific as to which exact model from Limeta you have? I had actually never heard of that brand, but just looked it up and it would seem that for an iPhone it could be one of several models. they have the MD 200H, MD 200X, MD 100 and one called "LIMETA Magnetic Wireless Charger, 4 in 1 Fast Charging Station, 68W Foldable USB-C Charger with OTA Update". If it's a MagSafe charger and your case is MagSafe compatible, e.g. it's not too thick, then there should be no luck involved and as soon as you stick the phone to the charger it should start charging. If you think you rcase might be the issue just take it off and try without the case, if it works perfectly without then your case is the problem.
